Althought the cost may have seemed disproportionate at the time, in the long run, America did leave Vietnam to become unified. I believe that with our new knowledge and leadership, we can unify Korea and put an end to the communist dictatorship in a diplomatic and dignified manner, without appeasement, but rather deeper negotiations. For a house devided against itself cannot stand.
